Hey I'm Kristen!
I’m a trained mindset coach with a specialization in sex, love and relationships. I’ve also been trained to help clients move through their trauma with somatic therapy.
I’m passionate about spirituality, psychology, personal development, neuro-science and wholistic healing. It is my life’s work to help individuals uncover their truest potential for happiness and joy.
In my individual practice, I’ve helped hundreds of women on their business & self discovery journey to create more fulfilling lives through my content, coaching sessions, workshops and freebies.

John Ruman
I love helping people create a vision for their future alongside taking actionable steps towards that vision.
I moved to Trinidad & Tobago in 2015 and started an international business & executive coaching company, leveraging my years of experience in wealth and educational consulting. In 2017, I began offering life coaching services, focusing on helping people achieve their inner greatness.
I have over twenty years of experience in the martial art of TaeKwonDo and have achieved the Master rank of fourth degree black belt. My rank is recognized by the World TaeKwonDo Federation in Seoul, Korea.

Why is the commitment for the membership 12 months long?
We believe that true transformation and healing takes place over time. In our experience, both personally and professionally, we’ve come to believe that one year of focus and commitment can create massive positive change in your life. If you truly desire a life that is full of joy, abundance and inner peace, then we are asking you to commit one year over to that dream.
Where are the live coaching calls and webinars hosted?
All of our live calls and webinars will be hosted via a private zoom call. Links for these calls will be sent via email or in the private facebook group.
What forms of payment do you accept?
For international clients, credit card and paypal are acceptable forms of payment. Within Trinidad and Tobago, we also offer bank transfer or bank deposit.
What happens after twelve months?
Our payment system auto renews, therefore you can continue to be a member after your initial twelve month commitment. If you choose to leave the community and would like to cancel the auto-renew feature on your card, please contact us via email at transformativemindsetcoach@gmail.com
